Creative Arts Therapist and Behaviour Specialist

Bas van der Hoeven is a creative trainer, presenter, dramatherapist, and behaviour specialist with a deep passion for experiential learning. He brings energy, warmth, and practical insight to every training space, helping individuals and teams grow through engaging, hands-on experiences.

Bas has delivered workshops and conference sessions internationally, working across education, disability support, therapeutic services, and organisational development. His approach blends creativity with real-world application, ensuring participants leave with tools they can immediately use in their work and lives.

He is especially passionate about creating safe, playful learning environments where people feel confident to step outside their comfort zone, reflect, and discover new ways of thinking and working.
